Julio Montes

He graduated from Francisco Marroquin University in 1997 as an Attorney at Law and Notary. In 1998, he studied in Madrid, Spain, Communitarian Law and European Compared Law, making practice at the World Commerce Organization (OMC). Also he has specialization studies at the Francisco Marroquin University in Guatemala and at the George Washington University in the United States of America.
