Palomo & Porras counts with a specialized lawsuit department in actions and/or defense of civil, commercial, labor and administrative matters, intellectual property, constitutional matters and alternative methods of  conflict resolution. Regarding arbitration, one of our partners has advised to one of the most important arbitration centres in Guatemala. Likewise, one of the partners of our firm is a national arbitrator regarding Free Trade Agreements´disputes.

The litigation area has become a structural support in the areas of development in the business of our clients, regarding the establishment or defense of their rights before third parties. Notwithstanding it, our firm is of the philosophy of making all the efforts in order to arrive to conciliations or negotiations with the counterparts, when the conditions towards our clients will be appropriate.
