Rolando Palomo Gonzalez

He graduated from San Carlos de Guatemala University in 1978. He is an Attorney at Law and Notary, founder partner of Palomo & Porras. Currently, he is the President of the Guatemalan Association of Maritime Law; also he is an adviser of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala with diplomatic rank of Extraordinary Ambassador. He has made analysis Consultations’ works and ante-projects’ elaboration of Laws in the Port Maritime area. In the years of 1994-1996 he held the charge of Vicepresident in the Attorneys at Law and Notaries’ association of Guatemala.
